Thank you for shopping with Sports Tech. We want to be upfront about how we handle shipping so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at sveti.nikola89@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
